Easter is coming and looking out the window it definitely feels like the weather is improving. We started experimenting with hexaboard. It's a pretty good material. Feel robust. We've combined it with our standard ply to create a new style of sliding bed, which is available here: https://camitdesign.com/hexaboard-sliding-bed-bed-101/ The one featured below is a 1900mm version and is available for sale if anyone wants to collect from our Steeton workshop.

Just finished the prototype of the new lighweight bed. This one is 1800mm long x 1100mm when opened (600mm closed) and has the standard 335mm wheelarch clearance. It clocks in at a total of 22kgs, making it our lightest bed yet - by quite some margin. We'll be load testing later this week to 400kgs before launching it. Hi all, just a quick FYI. Our cutouff date for orderswith gauranteed delivery before Christmas is the 5th of December. If you order after that you might still recieve it for Christmas but mostly likely you'll be pushed in the beginning of January.

The image below is of a 1300mm wide x 900mm tall pod that takes the CRX80 fridge and Smex 9222 hob/sink. We'll be looking at increasing our range or larger pods in 2025.
