Some will say Eastburn Pine, sometimes Eastburn County Furniture. But for some thirty-odd years, we’ve always been known as ‘Simon’s’. Pine furniture, a stripping tank, and long days on the ground floor of a mill is how it all began. Today, Eastburn has grown to include a broad team of talented craftsmen and designers, balancing functional contemporary design with some good old-fashioned cabinet-m

aking. Our workshops, offices and showroom now spanning all three floors of the very same mill. With a brand refresh, and launch of the new website, we’re now Eastburn; makers of bespoke kitchens, furniture and interiors. As we’ve evolved, our remit remains the same. Well-made cabinetry, sketched by hand, measured with a tape, and made by folk who’ve done it for years.

Barn conversions can sometimes be challenging spaces to design, as the original features already bring so much character to the space. From the exposed brick and vaulted ceilings to the large, restored oak beams, each detail helped to shape the finished design. ⁠

Keeping the layout simple was key to this project, with a beautiful oak island at the heart of the room, followed by an L-shaped run of cabinetry in soft neutral tones — designed to feel bright and spacious. ⁠

Something a little different from our usual kitchen content.

Ronan, one of our joiners, is running the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon this May, raising money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association — a charity close to his heart and to many others.
