Another full frame bearing replacement job on a Yeti SB160.
An amazing bit of design has gone in to Yeti's switch infinity linkage to help the rear suspension work better.
In Yeti's words, "Provides a tailored anti-squat curve while delivering a fine-tuned leverage ratio."

Really enjoyed bringing this beast back to life. After a season of shredding various bike parks, this bike needed a full strip down and rebuild.
With new Endura frame pivot bearings, Hope headset, Shimano Xt brakes, gear and dropper post cables, chain, cassette and chainring, wheels both trued up (and a couple of dents knocked out of them 😅). Finally, a fork and shock service and tune to complete the rebuild.
My customer took their bike straight up to Caersws Bike Park for a couple of days of tearing up the trails and reported back "It is like a new bike"

It has been such a busy year on the bike servicing I have completely forgotten about my page!
Here is today's job, full service on this awesome gravel bike followed by packing it in a fresh new Evoc bike travel bag ready for the owner to take it abroad.

Bike repacked for its next holiday to take part in a charity event.
There was also a very strict form to sign off to ensure the bike and equipment was all to certain high standards.
The rules and regulations in certain countries regarding cycles is far higher than the UK!
