Bespoke storage cabinet I recently manufacture, spray painted and finished installing today. All 3 pairs of doors are installed on pivot and slide mechanisms to allow the doors to slide out of the way for easier access to the 900mm deep shelves, these shelves have been made in 2 sections of 450mm deep each to allow for easier handling when adjusting the height/ spacing for customers items. Each shelf has also been reinforced with 40mm X 20mm steel box section and then clad in MDF to increase the strength allowing heavy items to be stored. 😁

Conservatory sill replacement job I carried out recently, sills manufactured from Sapele (hardwood),pre primed and top coated painted before installation. Had to call in some help while manufacturing and installing them as they were very heavy and awkward to handle, sills were machined out of 80mm x 120mm timber with the 2 long ones being 3.8m and 3.0m in length.

Rebuild of customers stairs to make it safer and best resemble a traditional set of kite winders. Previous owner of the house had decided to convert a straight flight of stairs into a half turn staircase. it was totally unsafe structurally and so dangerous to use, especially when coming down the stairs. Much better and safe to use now. Customer was very happy with what I'd managed to do with it.
