Ercol seat pads completed

2 carver chairs and 4 singles refurbished with brand new cushion covers in Ross Fabric Aqua Granite SR19142.

We made new cushions using extra firm 2” foam, all cut to shape and size, with stockinette undercovers fitted for a clean finish.

These seat pads were finished with webbing straps and press studs, ready to fit back onto the chairs perfectly.

57 armrests refurbished for Seckford Theatre 🎭

Old covers and staples removed from all arms, with new polyester wadding supplied, glued and trimmed to size. The original covers were unpicked to create templates for the new fabric.

New panels were cut and sewn, covers fitted to the armrests and stapled neatly into place. All edges were overlocked and excess fabric trimmed for a clean, professional finish.

Lloyd Loom Chair Cushion Refurbishment

The customer brought in two Lloyd Loom chairs for new cushions. We created templates to ensure an accurate fit, then produced two 2" high-density firm foam cushions with stockinette undercovers. Each cushion was upholstered in Moda fabric, finished with double piping, and fitted with rear zips for easy removal.

4 Dining Room Seats Recovered

We recovered four dining room seats using the customer’s own fabric. All existing covers and foams were removed, and the chipboard bases were sanded to smooth any sharp edges. We then fitted two layers of high-density foam with chamfered edges, gluing them securely to create a rounded, comfortable profile. Polyester wadding was applied over the foam before covering the seats in grey tweed and finishing with new base cloth.

We refilled these seat cushions with luxury soft/medium reflex foam, complete with polyester wraps and stockinette undercovers. The back cushions were refilled using soft reflex foam combined with multi-thickness polyester wraps and stockinette undercovers, all cut precisely to size and shape to ensure a perfect fit.

Window Seat

We supplied 3" high-density foam and Cantare Nano Clean Bamboo fabric. We fabricated a custom cushion cover with plain sewing and a fitted zip, using platform fabric on the underside for added durability. The foam was then fitted neatly into the finished cover.

We refilled two cushions.

We supplied two 6½" medium/firm reflex foam inserts, cut and shaped to size to ensure a perfect fit for the existing covers. The foams were marked and bullnosed on the front and sides, then wrapped in polyester and glued. We then fitted stockinette undercovers before inserting the new foams into the cushion covers.

Dining Room Chairs x12 Chairs

These chairs had previously been reupholstered. We removed the existing top covers and calico layers. Some of the plywood seats showed signs of delamination, which were glued, filled, and sanded to smooth out any rough edges.

The seats were then re-foamed, with the foam edges rounded to create a softer profile. Each seat was covered with a layer of polyester wadding and reupholstered in Cantare 2464 Malt (Christina Marrone fabric). Finally, the undersides were finished with a new base cloth.

We refilled 2x profiled grey leather cushions:

We removed the old foam from the covers. Removed the polyester and steamed foam to be able to take a template of the shape. Programmed the CNC for cutting the foam. We then shaped and sized new foams to fit covers adding lugs on sides. We supplied polyester wraps and glued then to the foam.

Finishing off with stockinette undercovers and then fitted new cushions to the grey leather covers.
