🚨‼️ Job vacancy ‼️🚨

We are currently looking to add an experienced bricklayer to our team. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in general building, extensions or house building and with a driving license. Work includes mainly extensions but everything through to maintenance contracts. Duties include reading drawings to a competent level. Setting buildings and extensions out. Ability to work on your own unsupervised on occasions. Ability to problem solve, show initiative and good time keeping.

The majority of our work is in the Huddersfield area.

A recently completed project (a beautifully unique one at that). This project not only created a large, light and airy living space, but fully modernised the property. Adding the render to the existing elevation, covering the old brickwork and upgrading the facias to match the new on the extension, really sets this one apart.

An extension doesn’t have to be ginormous to make a big difference to the way a property functions or improves a family’s lifestyle. This extension saw a small galley kitchen become a boot room/utility room. With the kitchen moving into the extension creating a much more open kitchen dining space for modern family life. Quite simple changes created a vastly different family home.

A stunning en-suite completed by our team just before Christmas. This was part of master bedroom renovation project, where two bedrooms were knocked through into one large room. Making way for this en-suite and a dressing area. Everything except the mirror was supplied by Pictures of the full project to follow.

When two rooms become one. The removal of a non load baring wall, to open the kitchen and dinning room up into one very spacious open plan kitchen diner. The kitchen didn’t need replacing as it was still being sold by Magnet. Therefore we were able to adjust the kitchen accordingly for the new layout, including new worktops and wood effect LVT flooring throughout. The new space is now set for a much better family and entertaining environment for years to come.

What a way to end the year. Seeing this stunning extension with all the internal work finished and ready for Christmas. A truly great entertaining space for all the family, with an amazing, relaxing area for when they have all gone home. With its expansive views over Huddersfield, including castle hill and the Pennines in the distance. It was a great project from start to finish and has added an amazing unique space to this property that will positively impact the clients life and lifestyle for years to come.

A leaky old upvc dormer front replaced with a stunning, hand crafted oak frame. Our team recently completed this amazing upgrade to this property. seamlessly walling through the old Juliet balcony with reclaimed stone, to ensure the finished product looked like it was always this way, blending in perfectly.

A small oak porch can make an unmeasurable difference to any property. This inviting addition has redefined this elevation. Now unmistakably looking like the front of a house instead of a boring rear elevation. A small project, but a huge impact.
