“REPOST• This project was a gorgeous characterful home, but had a few layout challenges, which couldn’t be addressed with structural changes.

The kitchen area was small in comparison to the scale of the rest of the house, and the adjacent orangery was large and under-used.

We re-addressed the balance by connecting the two spaces with an extra long kitchen island to pull the two zones together.

It felt like a brave move, but luckily the client was bang up for the impact of a huge island and I think it worked out really well. What do you guys think?!

We are currently helping breathe some new life into this old cottage in West Green, just outside Hartley Wintney.

This was a full back to bricks refurb, and will be stunning when finished!

on the walls and woodwork, with some on the main bathroom panelling.
