This situation is incredibly frustrating; our business telephone has been out of service since last Thursday, and there's still no indication of when it will be restored. We've even requested a divert service, but we were informed that there's no guarantee it can be implemented, and if it is, we're uncertain about the time frame. XLN for small business, this is truly disappointing. Can you get the issue solved ASAP!!!!!

Apologies to everyone trying to reach us – our telephone line is unexpectedly down, and we had absolutely no prior warning.

It's quite an inconvenience, honestly. It was only when a regular customer, who attempted to call several times yesterday, alerted us, that we became aware of the problem. Normally, I'm quite calm and forgiving, but the service from XLN for small business is extremely disappointing. Not only is the telephone line a headache, but our broadband situation is utterly ludicrous.
