After a full week away from the cold plunge, it was time to get back in and face the discomfort again.
The weather was warmer, but the challenge wasn't any easier. The hardest part wasn't the cold itself—it was taking that first step back into the water after seven days away.
This is Day 17 of my cold plunge journey where I'm building discipline, resilience, and mental toughness one plunge at a time.

The weather might be warmer, but that first step back into the cold was no easier. This challenge continues to test my discipline, mindset, and determination every single day.
