Summer 2026 has begun ☀️😎☀️

No need for music on this one - bird noise and guests chatting around the fire. What a perfect evening 😍😍

We’ve got a little bit of availability tues-thurs this week if you fancy a last minute break to make the most of the sunshine or start planning for summer school holidays.

The hammocks are the number one attraction for kids and adults too! And not even shown here is its original use of relaxation - book, drink and chill!

We’ve still got limited availability over half term Tuesday - Friday, two or three night stays. You could even pop up to to buy a book to read in the hammock!

We’ve added a brand NEW Glamping Extras section to our website today 🌿⛺️

Check out all the extra things you can add on to your stay before arrival, from brownies and celebration cakes to meal kits and private dining. The sauna will be added to this page too - we’re just finalising the last bits there before adding it on too.

Now that Easter holidays are coming to an end, it’s time to start planning for May half term and beyond! Last week we had two days of 20°+ and it’s really got me yearning for warm evenings around the fire with friends and family.

WINNERS!!

So after much deliberation over the weekend here are our 2025 Photo comp winners!

I also loved the words Emma, our first prize winner, said when she sent in to describe her photo:

“Friendship, fresh air, and the kind of reset only a weekend under the stars can give.”

I think that’s the reminder we all need to book a weekend away with our mates!

Thank you to everyone who sent in their photos for our competition - I’ve really enjoyed looking through them and hearing about what you’ve loved when staying at Grove Farm.

I’ve got it down to the top 5 photos - I think I know which one is the winner but not so sure about 2nd and 3rd place so I’d love to know what you think!!

Yesterday was spent celebrating the wonderful relaunch of Sarah’s walking business. It was really amazing to see what a community of walkers Sarah has built since starting after COVID. She champions walking for physical and mental health and for friendships too.

Sarah and I run a few Wild Walk and Water events each year. Over the day Sarah will lead a walk of up to 6.5miles but at a steady pace, never leaving anyone behind. Afterwards the walk, we’ll pick up our swimming gear from the car and go for a cold dip. No distance swimming and no pressure. Just enjoying the water in wild pools and streams.

You’ll be rewarded with a hot drink and a brownie of course!

This year we have just ONE space left on the 19th April and 3 spaces on the 4th July - head to either Sarah’s or my website to book or send me a DM with any questions.

The Golden Valley Pilgrim Way is a 60mile circular walk, starting a Hereford Cathedral, then the Wye Valley, Golden Valley and the foothills of the Black Mountains, right past Grove Farm.

The route is designed to nourish your body, mind and soul and you can bring your own beliefs, or non at all.

One of the options for this route is to sleep in the churches along the route for just £20 a night on the floor or camp beds, but for those of you who like a bit more comfort then have a look at our Pilgrims Package.

⛺️ Spend the night in one of our fully furnished bell tents, on comfy mattresses, with duvets and pillows.

🥾Rest those weary feet in the hammock whilst Emily cooks you a freshly made delicious dinner and pudding.

🍽️ Fill up with a continental breakfast before heading on your way the next day.

Available Sunday to Thursday for £160 for two people sharing a tent. Email or DM to check availability.

We’re launching the first ever Grove Farm Glamping Photo Competition!

So if the grey skies of January are getting you down, well now is the time to have a look back at your camera roll and reminisce over last summers sunshine!

How to Enter

Entering is simple:
Choose up to three of your favourite photos from your 2025 stay.
Email them to us at [email protected]
Include your name, the month you stayed, and a short line about the moment you captured (optional but very welcomed).

Your photos can be anything that reflects your stay—epic sunsets over the Black Mountains, cosy fire pit evenings, wildlife encounters, group celebrations, or the peaceful details that made your trip special.

Prizes

We’re giving away:
🏆 1st Prize: £100 voucher towards a 2026 stay
🥈 2nd Prize: £50 voucher towards a 2026 stay
🥉 3rd Prize: A tray of Emily’s award winning brownies

All photos entered will be featured on our website and social media.
