All finished here! Weโ€™ve cut back and tidied the entire garden, removing overgrowth and bringing everything back under control.

The patio was a delicate job though โ€“ it had been cleaned with harsh chemicals a couple of years ago, which has caused the slabs to deteriorate. Because of that, we could only jet wash it gently, carefully cleaning it without making the damage worse. Itโ€™s looking fresh and tidy now, ready to be enjoyed! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Another decking transformation completed by Total Care Property Maintenance ๐Ÿ”จโœจ

This project involved the full removal of the old decking and rotten subframe, which had unfortunately not been installed correctly originally. Poor installation had caused excessive movement throughout the structure, leading to instability and rot over time.

We stripped everything back and rebuilt it properly from the ground up with a brand-new solid frame and fresh new decking boards, ensuring a strong, secure, and long-lasting finish for the customer to enjoy for years to come.

For this project, we completely refreshed the living room by replacing all skirting boards, installing brand new door frames and internal doors, and fitting new modern handles throughout all 3 doors.

To finish everything off, all door frames and skirting boards were fully prepared and professionally painted, giving the room a clean, modern, and high-quality finish throughout.

A massive difference that has completely updated the look and feel of the space ๐Ÿ‘Œ
