We’re looking for a Furniture Shop Driver/Assistant to join our team at our Hebden Bridge Furniture and Vintage Shop.

In this role, you’ll organise and carry out deliveries and collections of furniture and other saleable items from generous donors across Calderdale.
Every item collected and sold helps to support the care we provide to patients and their families across Calderdale.

37.5 hours per week, on a rota basis including weekends and Bank Holidays. Shifts vary between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

Furniture Shop Driver/Assistant
15 hours per week, including regular weekends

Weekend Charity Furniture Shop Assistant
7 hours per week, on a rota basis

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to join our team on Sunday afternoons!

Whether you enjoy meeting and helping customers, sorting donations, keeping things organised, or simply being part of a friendly team, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be helping with:
• Serving customers on the till
• Sorting and preparing donations
• Providing great customer service
• Keeping the shop clean, tidy and fully stocked

Most importantly, you’ll be helping us raise vital funds to support the work of Overgate Hospice. Every hour you give makes a real difference. 💚

We are looking for a Maintenance Volunteer to join our Estates Team and help keep our shops across Calderdale safe, welcoming and well maintained.

This is a hands-on volunteering opportunity for someone with practical skills or an interest in joinery, painting, tiling and general maintenance.
Full training, tools and protective clothing will be provided.

The role is available Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4pm. Applicants must be aged 21 or over and have a clean driving licence.
