Designed and 3D printed as a lightweight wearable display piece, this custom Power Rangers shield was produced using flexible TPU filament to provide both durability and comfort.

Unlike rigid materials, TPU allows the shield to flex slightly when putting it on or taking it off, reducing the risk of cracking or damage while making it far more practical for cosplay, conventions, display wear, or collector use.

The lightweight construction keeps the piece comfortable during extended wear, while the layered design and metallic finish retain the bold, armour-inspired aesthetic of the original concept.

Each section was carefully printed and assembled to balance strength, flexibility, and visual impact — creating a wearable prop that feels premium without becoming heavy or restrictive.

designed this pool table to be:
• Printed in PETG in multiple sections
• Reinforced with internal rod supports for strength
• Flat-pack optimised for efficient global shipping
• Precision-built so every piece aligns perfectly on assembly

Once printed, the structure was then clad in Travertine marble, sanded, and finished to a predefined thickness — ensuring the final piece matched our digital model exactly.

We created these custom magnetic chess pieces designed by , bringing together texture, light, and precision to produce something truly unique.

Printed on a smokey light-refraction build plate, the pieces take on a subtle depth and glow that shifts beautifully in different lighting.

Using Black Glitter and Silk White filament, the contrast gives each piece a bold, elevated finish — refined further with hand-applied black felt bases for a premium touch.

We finally managed to get down to .uk to enjoy their sauna and plunge pool — and wow 🔥

Not only was it great to experience the space properly, but it was also amazing to see a project we had a small hand in come to life.

When .thorne.carpentry was working on this stunning new spa in St Leonards, he came to us with a challenge — how to permanently imprint the spa’s logo into a concrete reception desk.

We took the original logo, turned it into a 3D model, refined it through a few iterations, and printed the final version in TPU (a flexible rubber material). This was then cast directly into the concrete, creating the clean, permanent logo you see as you walk in.

Seeing digital design become a physical feature in such a beautiful space never gets old 🤍

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet — we really appreciate everyone who’s checked in and stayed with us 💛

After our getaway last year, we returned to a poorly pup who we sadly lost to a severe, untreatable cancer 😞. Following the loss of a parent and then our dog, we made the decision to take some time for ourselves.

Now, as we move forward, we’re excited to share some positive news.

Fully3D is relocating our workshop into .ltd new working space, and this next chapter has a lot to look forward to:

Alongside our core work, we’ll soon be offering 3D Scanning, and Small-batch laser engraving, vacuum forming, and CNC services.

Heads up, Fully3D fam!

We’re hitting the pause button for a little R&R in Hastings (and maybe a bit of 3D magic behind the scenes 😉). Our printers are taking a well-deserved break while we maintain and upgrade with a hint of some brand-new bigger machines.

Fully3D had the pleasure of visiting to deliver an exciting, hands-on 3D printing lesson. It was fantastic to introduce the students to the fundamentals of 3D printing — from how digital designs are turned into real-world objects to seeing a live 3D print in action.

Throughout the session, we explored the design process using TinkerCAD, discussed how 3D printers work and their components, and explained key concepts using fun, visual analogies. The students also had the chance to talk about designs and start a print themselves!

We were truly impressed by their curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning. It was a privilege to inspire the next generation of designers and makers. A huge thank you to for welcoming Fully3D into your classroom!
