Here's a few FAQ's for today:

Parking - Please walk to the event. If you are a blue badge holder contact us for parking arrangments. The field next to the Rec will be open but parking is extremely limited due to the rain. Free to park - optional donation to Willen Hospice. Vehicles left at owners risk and must be out by 11pm. See map

Setting up - please consider those around you when you are setting up so that everyone can see. Stewards will be on hand to help/advise. Big Screen will be in the corner nearest the main entrance to the Rec.

BBQ-s - no personal BBQ's. There are food stalls available or bring your own picnic!

Clear up - black bags available - take your rubbish home or leave in designated area. Please consider that this is the pitch for our lovely sports teams who will play on it this week

Medals - kids should line up at the Big Screen at 5.30pm to collect. 14 & under (if we have some left over then older kids can collect). Listen out for announcements

Dogs - have to be kept on a lead at all times

Timings - we officially open at 5pm. Medals 5.30pm. Concert was due to start at 7.30pm but latest news from the Palace states 8-10pm

Stewards - in yellow hi vis jackets - there to help if you have any questions!
