Rebel Nails is changing (again)
As many of you know this past year of Rebel has been a tough one, not only with the move of location but also with the effects of the economic climate has had on the luxury industries. I have spoken to many of you on a true and open level and have explained what effects this has had on my business so I am sure that this won’t come as much of a surprise to some.
Due to this I have made the decision to change the way that Rebel will now move forward.
I will be partially closing some of Rebel, I will no longer be offering the regular weekday appointments that I have always offered. This is due to me securing a new job within an industry that I used to be a part of prior to having the mini rebels, and I loved it.
This new position means I will also be working some weekends.
Due to this, and at this moment in time I do not know what weekends I will be required to work and therefore I am unable to schedule what weekend availability I would have to set aside for Rebel, if any at all. As you all know my weekends tend to be busy around competition season for Cheer and Football for both the mini rebels, and with this in mind I am planning on 'potentially' trying to offer just one Saturday a month to provide the usual Rebel services……… on the basis that there is a workable schedule of available Saturdays in a set routine that suits the business and my family life also.
Sadly this means that I wont be able to take all clients further in the Rebel journey as I know there are some of you who come every two weeks, three weeks, and only during the weekdays.
With those of you in mind I have a couple of amazing local techs who I am going to recommend to you. They share the same morals and nail care values that I do and use products that I know are safe and of good quality.
With regards to those who would like to come to Rebel once a month please raise your hand and pop me a message, I will then add you to a list and when I know the schedule of weekends I have for the new position I will be able to confirm the path forward.
Those that choose to stay will need to meet certain criteria as I need to ensure that those Saturdays, I open will be full and run on time. You will understand that if you miss an appointment there will not be another slot until your next appointment the following month.
If you would like to be added to my list of potential ‘4 weekers’ then please pop me a message and I will add you to the list. And should this become a possibility I will of course message you direct with details. The amount of spaces will be limited and just because your name is on the list doesn’t mean I will be able to fit you in.
My last working day in the studio will be Friday 1st March. All clients who have bookings after this date throughout March and April will be contacted direct to confirm cancellation and also to be provided with a recommended fellow tech that is local to them.
Weekend appointments will also be cancelled for now until I know if there is a path forward for my potential plan of one Saturday a month. Hopefully it wont take too long to find this out.
