ITS HARD ENOUGH KEEPING YOUR HEAD ABOVE WATER WITHOUT BAD REVIEWS LIKE THIS!!

•Daughter ill ( got told i was making excuses )
•Didn’t put in my diary ( yes my mistake , appologised distracted attending to sick child And happened once on 10 years )
•Then I was ill ( to be then called a liar )

Then I reply with the below saying the money will be returned , left on read then left me a BAD REVIEW before replying now

Could have been sorted easily and amicably !
