Today saw the end of our Restore project - thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund for making it all possible

It has been an amazing year getting to know so many beatiful warriors and I am in awe as always at peoples strength and commitment to better days

We are hoping it is only a short lived good bye for all those involved ✨

Thankyou Rachel's Holistic Therapies for bringing your magic touch and energy to the day too

Thankyou to those who came down and got involved and also for sharing your ideas 💡

In our last workshop with The Equality Practice we did some sound healing as a group effort around those receiving reflexology and had some really good results sensations reported ✨✨

Was a real pleasure to see Meridian Moments doing our first reflexology group session with these ladies at the The Equality Practice as part of the RESTORE project funded by the national lottery - The National Lottery Community Fund

After a nice meditation and learning some techniques for self treatment most of the group opted to try a mini reflexology ✨🦶🦶🦶🦶
