Facebook user ID Nutmeg Sdr, eBay ID jokerandnutmeg. Please be vigilant of this seller. They received an authentication stating an LV Neverfull was fake. The communication stated clearly that fact. However, the PDF which was prepared by the LV authenticator showed authentic, rather than non-authentic. This was rectified as soon as the issue was noticed. The item was listed on eBay. The person was contacted and advised to remove a sales listing, which she said she had done, and making comments with regard to the information she had received regarding where the item was bought. She was, at that time, provided with an amended PDF. She accepted that without question.
However, the listing wasn't removed and another of our clients purchased the item. On receipt of it, she contacted us, and we advised her of the status of the item and the fact that the PDF had been amended and reissued. She received a refund.
It is likely this item will be relisted for sale. Please rest assured that the result of the review was that the item was Fake and at no time was that item stated to be authentic, other than an incorrect PDF. Mistakes should not happen. In this instance it did, and in 11 years this is the first time we have had this issue. It will not happen again, as safety measures are in place to ensure that it can't.
For anyone who is concerned regarding any authentication they have received, please feel free to contact us. Rest assured that your result will be correct.
We have nothing to hide, and we will always work with our clients to our best ability, and more. Keep yourselves safe and if you do see that item listed, then feel free to report it to eBay - there is a link within a listing to do so. Fakes have no place in fashion, nor in our lives and those who push to sell them even when they know they are fake, need to be stopped.
