All deliveries will be delivered to the first point of entry only our drivers are not permitted to lift goods upstairs any questions regarding this do not hesitate to ask. Wing Back and sleigh beds and beds made to order have large headboard it is the customers responsibility to measure and make sure item will fit upstairs Sleep Kings Beds take no responsibility if bed does not fit aft

Returns
Goods must be checked for faults,damages upon delivery. All items must be returned in original packaging as delivered mattresses,beds removed from original packaging cannot be taken due to hygiene reasons . Sleep kings take no responsibility for beds,mattresses that have been discarded or thrown out before delivery has been completed. Please note that returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after this 7 day period.
