It’s been quite a month, so here’s a little roundup of what we’ve been up to. 🙌

Life lately at the design studio has been a mix of fast-paced creativity and those quieter moments of refinement, where every tiny detail suddenly feels very important. It’s in these in-between spaces that the magic really happens, when rough concepts slowly evolve into something we’re genuinely proud of.

Our Elgin Project, Seattle Project and Coachouse projects are all now onsite, which means things are officially getting busy and a little bit exciting. We honestly can’t wait to share these with you. We also have two more projects gearing up to start onsite soon, our Westend and Southside projects, both a little closer to home, which always feels extra special.

We were also out filming with Richard for our new website and some ‘behind the scenes’ videos. It’s safe to say we’re all a bit camera shy (putting it mildly), but having someone so brilliant at capturing scenes and helping us tell our story, has made it such a fun experience. Expect a few awkward smiles but alot of laughter.

I’m just back from a sourcing trip, to find some vintage rugs with a good friend who used to be a buyer for M&S. She has so much experience with these trips, so having her there was like having a secret weapon. It turned out to be very successful, where we met some genuinely lovely people, who were incredibly helpful and more importantly I found some amazing rugs for our projects. They’re currently on their way to us and can’t wait to receive them.

Nicole, Stephanie and I also popped along to the ‘Parmesan and Prosecco’ night, which is as good as it sounds. It was also lovely to catch up with some familiar faces in the industry.

Sammy spent the day in the office today. He’s a lot more settled now and has very quickly worked out who the soft touch is and who’s most likely to give him a treat. He’s not daft!

Tomorrow I’m off to my folks for the Easter break.

Whatever you have planned for the Easter break, I hope you have a good one. 🐣

A weekend well spent in Istanbul, wandering through hidden courtyards and bustling neighbourhoods in search of timeless pieces.

There’s something special about sourcing in person, feeling the weight of each rug, tracing the stories woven into every thread and meeting the hands and hearts behind them. From soft, faded Persians to richly patterned Turkish finds, each one carries its own character.

I’m drawn to pieces that feel lived-in, a little imperfect and effortlessly beautiful, the kind that bring warmth and soul into a space without trying too hard.

Can’t wait to share these with you 🤍

Saturday musings and a little moment of gratitude.

I’ve noticed quite a few new faces here recently, so I wanted to pause and say a genuine thank you for following along. It truly means a lot. 🫶

This page started as a place to share my love of design and over the years it’s become a little archive of projects, ideas and spaces I’ve been lucky enough to work on. So today I thought I’d share a few highlights from the past few years.

It’s always nice to look back and remember that good design isn’t really about perfection. It’s about creating spaces that quietly support everyday life.

At the moment many of our current projects are reaching their install stage, which means it’s shaping up to be a very busy summer ahead with lots of photo shoots planned. I can’t wait to share those spaces with you soon. 📷

Thank you again for being here and following the journey.

Architectural detailing……..always!

From fluted or reeded profiles to delicate beading, recessed panel mouldings and thoughtfully crafted built-ins, these are the elements that give a home its soul.

It’s about more than ornament, it’s about depth, proportion and craftsmanship. Creating spaces that feel timeless.

Hope you all had a great weekend.

Our favorite moments from the past year 🤍

From design predictions we couldn’t stop talking about, to the materials, palettes and thoughtful details that make a home feel truly timeless. This year’s top posts captured everything we love most about creating beautiful spaces.

You especially loved when we shared what’s ahead, the textures we’re layering in, the warmer, richer tones making their way into our projects and the small details that elevate a room. Those conversations quickly became some of our most saved and shared posts of the year.

As we look ahead, we’re carrying forward what you’ve responded to most. We have a couple of projects starting onsite soon, so as usual we will share all the details with you over the coming months. None of this would be possible without our trusted suppliers.

Thank you for being here, for saving, sharing and following along. We can’t wait to show you what’s next. ✨

Paris felt like a masterclass in timelessness. We spent days sourcing textiles, furniture and lighting and wandering around the streets collecting inspiration in the smallest details.
Showrooms in the mornings and afternoons and quiet walks in between. Dinners that stretched later than intended, although still managed to keep up to date with Traitors. We definitely ate too much steak frites.
I’ve been to Paris a couple of times, but never for work and it really did feel like a career milestone and great to share it with some of my team.
Leaving inspired and grateful. Now I can’t wait for all the lovely samples to arrive.

Hello my loves,
Thought I’d share a little roll call of what we’ve got lined up for 2026.

A mix of projects, places and briefs that feel very us. From characterful restorations to new builds, but all thoughtfully designed with my amazing team.

Current Projects:
• Country house - Elgin 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
• The Villa - Glasgow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
• The Coachouse - Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
• New Build Project in Seattle, USA 🇺🇸

Different locations, different scales but we’ll treat them all with the same approach. Considered layouts, beautiful materials, and spaces designed to be lived in and enjoyed.

And that’s not all…
We’re just about to get started on a project in Glasgows West End 👀

We’ll be taking you along for the behind the scenes moments, the decisions, the tweaks, the curveballs and of course the finished spaces when they come together.

2026, let’s go!
