🎓 That's a wrap – Scottish Interior Design Students Showcase 2026 🎓

The quality of work on display was exceptional. From thoughtful responses to social and environmental challenges, to inspiring concepts that reimagine how we live, work and connect, the students showcased not only outstanding design skills but a real understanding of the impact design can have on people, place and planet.

👏 Congratulations to all of the students who exhibited their work and to those recognised during the awards. The future of our industry is in very capable hands.

One of the most rewarding parts of our industry is seeing the passion, creativity and fresh perspectives that new designers bring to the table.

As an industry, we often talk about skills shortages, innovation and the future of design. Events like this allow us to actively invest in that future by celebrating creativity, supporting fresh thinking and creating opportunities for graduates to build meaningful careers within Scotland's design community.

We’re excited to welcome the Cardigan Lounge Chair by Haworth, now available to experience in our showroom.

Designed by Patricia Urquiola, Cardigan blends lounge-level comfort with serious sustainability credentials. Each chair’s knitted back and seat is made using yarn created from 91 recycled plastic bottles, with a 3D knit process that creates zero fabric waste.

💡What an incredible experience visiting in Germany!

A huge thank you to the Sedus team for their amazing hospitality and for sharing such inspiring insights around “The Founders Who Thought Ahead,” “Projects That Inspire Courage,” and “People Who Create the Future.”

It was genuinely inspiring to learn more about Foundation and how much they give back supporting education, community projects, and innovation that drives positive change.

The visit was a perfect mix of history, design, and purpose and a great reminder of what can be achieved when a company leads with values and vision.

Feeling grateful for the opportunity to connect, learn, and be inspired by such an incredible brand and team. 🙌
