This used to be me!
Running keeps proving you wrong about your own limits. 🏃
You think you know what you're capable of, but then you finish a distance you thought was impossible, push through pain you believed would stop you, or hit a pace you swore you'd never reach. Running doesn't let you hide behind "I can't." It forces you to discover "I did." Every run reveals that you're stronger, tougher, and more capable than you gave yourself credit for.
The more you run, the less you trust your own doubts. Because running has proven, over and over, that what you thought was your limit was just the beginning. That's why you keep going — to see how much further you can push what you imagined was possible.
