Growing the crop gets most of the attention, but good store management is just as important.

Temperature, humidity and ventilation all directly influence skin finish, sugar levels, sprouting and shelf life. So without the right storage strategy, even a well-grown crop can lose quality and consistency!

We invest just as much attention in storage as we do in growing; protecting quality from field to shelf.

🍔Early Easter Celebrations!🌭

Yesterday we took a well-earned break to celebrate our team’s hard work throughout the first quarter with an early Easter BBQ and Easter egg giveaway.

The sunshine didn’t show up, but it was good fun nonetheless and at least the rain stayed away!
