Thinning a little patch of planted woodland. The Ash is starting to suffer from Ash dieback, so I am taking a few Ash trees around other species - in this case Cherry. The Cherry will then grow into the space, having the potential to become a veteran tree supporting more biodiversity.

Just prepping some boards for this year's Greenwoodworking courses here in the woods . If you are booked on you have lots to choose from this year - Elm, Sequoia (Redwood) , Ash. And I have some Sycamore and Scots Pine too.

Thanks for having me ☺️. There was sun🌞, .snow ❄️,..wind 🌬️.and.rain 🌧️. But most of all great company and lots of tea and cake! 😀. And we even managed to fit in some greenwoodworking.
