Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 focuses on the idea that “Every Action Counts” 💚

When it comes to injury recovery, that message couldn’t be more important.

Recovery is rarely one big breakthrough moment — it’s the small daily actions, physically and mentally, that help people move forward.

One of the most important things you can do during recovery is TALK about it.

To your teammates.

Your therapist.

Ollie’s injury was definitely one of a kind, and we know so many people have been following his progress over the past few months — so it means a lot to be able to share his story in full.

In this interview with Sian, recorded after a physio session, Ollie talks honestly about his experience, his rehab, and what it’s been like working with George since November last year. It’s a great insight into the process behind recovery and the importance of the right support along the way.
