A lovely morning having a brisk dip in the Dart with a dear friend, accompanied by a brave lil dog I'm looking after, that had her own dip chasing after me.

Followed by a wolf clad beer back at home 🍻

Through this process. Around 7 weeks, maybe 8 now. It became useful to use symbology to represent parts of pyche, and aspects of the trauma.

From the left. Wolf, representative of tremendous protectiveness, strength and righteous fury.... There is a girl, who was lost long ago, softly spoken yet wicked in humour, who I love, almost beyond my ability to express - but who is still at my side... And a (wooden) golden sun, a part missing, representative of a golden child, a part of myself, hidden long ago so he could survive.

They have been with me every step of the way, I could not of survived without them, nor moved so swiftly throughout this process.

I am reading an amazing book friends... A book about death and dying. Stephen Jenkinson - Die Wise...

In it he challenges many of our notions of what death is, what it means and so on.

He offers that it is our duty to learn how to die well (whatever that means)

Some questions he says one can ask themselves/return to whilst dying.

Why is it so hard to die?
Why do we have to learn how to do it?
Why if dying is so common, is it so much a mysterious, troubling thing among us?

I know it is a tender topic, so I write what I write with upmost respect, a few close to me have lost loved ones recently, I'm losing someone as we speak, so please consider it is not said flippantly.

Below is an interview with the author on London real. I'd highly recommend the book, it seems that learning to die well is one of the greatest things we can do for our race, our people, the world.

With love

Ground based dwelling, taking some inspiration from Tony Riddle and lowering the table and removing the chairs.

The idea is that by sitting on the floor in various positions it offers a natural stretch and promotes better movement!
