A great installation in Mirostone Taj Mahal, this is a solid 20mm thick acrylic solid surface.

Most acrylics come as 12mm sheets, the visible edges are then built up to the desired thickness and the worktop is attached to a subframe, with Mirostone it is a solid acrylic throughout.

This customer opted for straight upstands which blend into the window sill, there is also an island breakfast bar, the customer opted for a stainless steel undermount sink and a cut-out for an induction hob.

We recently did some work for a customer on their existing Corian Glacier White worktops.

We gave it a full re-sand and repair treatment, which included chips, scratches and a large burned area from a hot pan.

We also cut-out and installed a new circular bin into the worktop, which was carried out onsite, after creating a jig in our factory.

This is definitely one of the main benefits of acrylic, the worktop now looks like new again and we have another happy customer!

Aside from worktop fabrication, we also offer a re-sanding and repair service.

This client wanted their surface re-sanded, to get rid of some general wear and tear and also hot pan marks.

One of the outstanding benefits of acrylic solid surfaces, is it can be repaired and refinished by trained fabricators, relatively easily compared to other worktop options.

One of our new installs, the customer chose Corian Linen for their finish.

The worktop is built up to 38mm thick, featuring a pencil round edge profile, 50mm high coved upstands which seamlessly blend into the window sill, the customer intends on having a glass splashback behind their gas hob.

This customer chose to have an undermount stainless steel sink, as they were having a boiling tap fitted.

Another one of our latest installs! The worktop finish is Staron Tempest Peak built up to 24mm and a square eased edge profile.

The worktop features, 100mm high coved upstands which blend into the window sill and full height splashback.

The sink is a Staron cast 1.5 undermount sink which is seamlessly fitted into the worktop, complete with recessed drainer and drainer grooves and a waterfall edge to prevent spillage.

The breakfast bar has a full down-stand and and overhang for a seating area.
