Staging an empty room isn’t just about filling space - it’s about creating a feeling.

Furniture, artwork, lighting, and carefully chosen accessories all come together to tell a story. And yes, staging isn’t cheap - but there’s a reason for that. Every detail is professionally designed and carefully curated to help potential buyers walk in and instantly connect with the space.

What most people don’t see is the amount of work happening behind the scenes. It’s not just picking a few lovely colours and placing a sofa in the corner…

It starts with an initial concept - understanding the property, the target buyer, and the lifestyle we want to portray. Then comes designing mood boards and visuals for client approval, carefully planning the look and feel of each space.

It’s a common misconception that only large or high-end homes benefit from staging - but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Yesterday, we staged this brand new one-bedroom, second-floor apartment in Wickford, Essex, about to launch onto the market as a shared ownership property.

Knowing the target market would be first-time buyers and young professionals, we carefully designed a layout that speaks directly to their needs and lifestyle.

Using our own stock of rental furniture and accessories, we quickly transformed an empty, soulless space into a bright, colourful, welcoming, and aspirational home.

The goal? To help potential buyers truly understand the space - where their furniture could go, how much they could fit in, and most importantly, to picture themselves living there. Visualising the potential is just one of our skills as show home designers.

While the build experienced several months of delays and a few plot changes along the way, we were absolutely delighted to finally get the opportunity to dress this home for our wonderful client, Settle.

We are excited to show you the professional photos of our latest purchased show home project.

This stunning, contemporary, new-build nestled down a quiet lane in the village of Little Eversden, near Cambridge is one of just two properties built by local developers Bowson Leeway

Our clients brief was for a scheme which complimented the high quality styling of the one storey architecture and marry with the Scandi inspired interior finishes.

We specified a soft and natural palette of paint colours for walls to allow the furnished rooms to feel homely yet uncluttered. Splashes of colour were used for accent pieces, artwork and textured accessories to aspire families looking for a very spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom home ready to move into.
