It's been a bit of a rollercoaster this last week - four weddings and four funerals and stuff going on at home too so I'm signing out for a few days to go camping.

In the rain obviously.
Might lay a floor in a bothy while I'm away.

Balfreish Barns is officially back in business!

We’re absolutely delighted to share that planning permission has now been approved, meaning weddings and celebrations can continue here at the barns once again!

Balfreish Barns has always been about people, stories, family and unforgettable gatherings, so we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supported us through the process.

A very special thank you to all the wonderful couples who previously got married here and took the time to support us. We can’t thank you enough.

We’re so excited for the next chapter at Balfreish Barns and for all the celebrations still to come!

🫖 We will be having our Fathers Day Coffee Morning on Saturday the 20th of June and all are welcome. ☕️

🍰 The chapel will be open for anyone who wishes to spend some time to reflect and remember and we will have refreshments and fancy pieces. 🧁

🐦‍⬛You can also take the time to have a wonder round our gardens and take in the tranquility and calmness of lovely wildlife sounds. ⛲️
