A landlord got into contact with me and asked me to remove the old dimplex panel heaters that were blowing out cold air and replace them with the solid TechnoTherm heaters.

Thankfully I'm strong as these heaters weigh 48kg each so hanging this was a good workout 💪

These are night and day in terms of heat output from dimplex verses TechnoTherm ❤️

A Letting agent got in contact with me to sort this out for their tenant as the extractor fan hood kept on getting dislo...

A Letting agent got in contact with me to sort this out for their tenant as the extractor fan hood kept on getting dislodged as it appeared too low.

I moved the extractor fan higher and shortened then chimney plate to fit.

All is well with tenant and no further issues have been reported 👍

My customer contacted me as they had a problem with their concealed toilet cistern that wasn't filling up after flushing.

The video shows the faulty fill valve in its glory.

New full valve now installed and all operational 😁
