Many of you have wondered what happened over the last five years. It has been a grueling journey through life-threatening health issMothers' Union Derry & RaphoeaNorth Coast Damp Proofingf the crisis, "memory fog" and physical illness made it impossible to maintain the business as I wanted to.

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to share a personal update.
After many years of dealing with ill health, I’ve started a new chapter—quite literally! I have written a book about my journey, which you can find at:
