This was in very rough shape when I bought it, water stains all over and even some bird mess I think 🤔 but with the power of the Dewalt that has all been sanded away! 🌬️

The top & drawer fronts have been waxed in Briwax, shade Antique Pine, and the body has been painted in Farrow & Ball ‘Pitch Black’ 🖤

It’s been a little while due to various reasons, but yesterday I enjoyed a day spent in the workshop renovating these Stag Minstrel chests/oversized bedsides!

These were sanded, primed with Zinsser BIN, and then painted with Fusion’s Cathedral Taupe, a beautiful warm neutral.

All in a days work!

From a cabinet to a bookcase… I removed the door as I felt this would work better and be more functional as a small bookcase.

It’s been repainted in Rustoleum’s “Hessian”, a warm neutral colour to complement any colour scheme.
