I picked up this child’s desk and chair a few weeks back, which was in need of some TLC and it’s now been transformed to a child’s jungle themed desk!

All hand painted with care and I reallly enjoyed this one.

Hopefully it gets snapped up and enjoyed for more years to come 🤩🤩🤩

Long time to speak/post/upcycle!!!!

Now we’re entering into lighter nights, and I’m feeling a bit more energetic after work, I am really hoping to get back into the swing of Upcycling again!

I have missed it, and missed being creative and having that outlet to offload.

This piece has been in the works for a while, with a vision in mind, but just no time to execute it! So thanks to a pretty quiet weekend a few weeks ago, I managed to get this completed ✔️

As soon as I picked up this dated shelving unit, I knew I wanted it to have a new life as a vibrant, lovely little children’s bookshelf!! Job done! Hopefully I won’t disappear again for another year 🤣

I can’t guarantee this will be the end of my hiatus, but it’s great to be back even if for a moment!

This week I have upcycled an old stool for my grandparents to put in their bedroom, so it was nice to have a chilled reminisce about the life of Upcycling before teaching took over!

I painted over the old tango pine in City Slicker, Frenchic Paint as well as reupholstering a new Sherpa fleece seat covering.

Now that things are winding down in the school year, I am ready to slowly get back into it.

Anyway, hope you’re all well and hopefully see you before another 6 months passes!

Hello everyone!
Life has certainly been crazy recently right? I’ve definitely not found any passion or drive to upcycle any furniture so I’ve just had pieces sat in my house waiting to be loved!

I picked up this stag chest of drawers over 6 months ago! And finally decided to give it some love and I’m loving the new look!

Well it has certainly been a long time since I’ve posted on here! And what better way to make a comeback, then showing off this custom order I have recently completed!!

I have already done a few pieces for my client, and I was so honoured when she asked me to upcycle a baby changing unit ahead of her new arrival 💗

I had pretty much free reign with the piece itself, with a rough idea of colour scheme for the nursery!

I painted the top drawer mural free hand, and I am SO HAPPY with how it has turned out! I used colours offered by the client as accents in the nursery, added a practical shelf on the side, and gave it a fresh lick of paint without the sticky back plastic!

My client loves it so much, and I couldn’t be happier!!!

Paint colours used:

- McFee, Dusky Blush, Cool Beans, Wh**ey White, Constance Moss.
Sealed in Tuff Coat!

A new client approached me wanting me to transform a couple of pieces for her, and this was the first piece and it is now finished!

The client wanted a lighter coffee table, with elephant handles and gold accents instead of the Mexican pine and I am so pleased with how it has turned out and I think my client is too 🤩

Ready to start the next piece and make them a matching set!

I’m finally back with some new content and a new transformation for you all!

Sorry I’ve been so quiet on here, but things have been so busy and I haven’t been finding the time to upcycle. But I’m back! (Let’s see how long for) 😅

I was kindly given this desk to transform from a family friend, and I love the transformation from the old orange pine to the new, light and modern desk!

Hello all and sorry for the recent radio silence! Life has just been so busy and I’ve barely had a moment to myself to do any furniture!

I did however pick up these bedside tables a few weeks back and have finally got round to transforming them!

Using city slicker - and white wax, these drawers are now perfectly airy and light compared to the dated orange pine that they were before!

These are available as a set 😊😊😊

It’s been a while since I whacked out my darker shades! And just when it’s starting to get sunny, apparently that’s when I’m ready to get them out again 🤣

This low Stag coffee table has been transformed using blackjack - and then sealed! The top has been resanded, waxed and treated to give a fresher look to the wood and then I’ve added some black handles for an even darker effect!
