Things you need to know about buying wood slabs, as I see a few post on here with a lot of interest.
1. The wood is not usable for furniture in your home until it has completely dried that can take three to five years depending on size and species of timber. It will split and cup with the heat change. All our wood slabs have been dried and our ready to use.
2. Buying rough sawn wood slabs is cheaper but you will need the tools to plane the wood to get a smooth usable finish, you will also need machinery or a strong team to move these slabs.
