Madeley Design and Build have recently completed an extension project in Maidenbower for a lovely family. We have transformed their existing kitchen into a large kitchen diner, with a vaulted ceiling which floods the kitchen with natural light. The new space has given the family more room to entertain and socialise as a family. The new bi-fold doors have gained them more free-flowing access to the garden area. We are very pleased with the finish and outcome as were the customers. Madeley Design and Build would like to thank the client for such a pleasant working experience and looking after the team whilst working on their project.

Madeley Design and Build are pleased to share another stunning transformation.

We have given the customers house and garage a brand new stylish look by incorporating new tile-hanging and a pitched roof to the front of the property.

We have converted the garage to a home office space and playroom for the children. The hallway has been expanded to create a spacious entrance with lots of light.

It was a pleasure to
work for such lovely customers…..and the coffee and biscuits was a bonus! 👍

Madeley Design and Build are proud to present our latest project and what a transformation it was!

Starting with an old dated Bungalow which has now been transformed into a modern stylish Chalet Bungalow bringing it into the 21st century.

We have built a complete new roof which boasts a new loft conversion. The property was upgraded by having a full rewire and complete refurbishment of the ground floor; including replacing rotten floor joists, removing 4 chimney breasts, Insulating and replacing all floor boards. The existing double glazing was removed and replaced with the latest Anthracite double glazing which complements the new cladding and roof tiles. The feature window fitted to the stairwell allows natural light to flood in highlighting the vaulted ceiling.

The new construction and conversion makes the property brighter, fresher and provides more extended space for the whole family to enjoy.

One of Madeley Design and Build's previous projects. We have rectified a previous builders messy workmanship, as the customer was left very distressed and had lost faith in builders. We manged to turn this around and produce a high standard clean garage conversion. The project included external insulation added, followed by a k-rend finish render. All new window and doors fitted, lots of major alterations to previous builders works. Upgraded internal insulation, finished tiled floor and complete ensuite fitted. If you look at the end photos you will see what we started with. We have restored the customer's faith in builder's as another very kind review given. -rend

Madeley Design and Build are currently working on a new stylish loft conversion project.

As you can see we have stripped the roof back to the bare shell, to upgrade timbers and steel work. Opening up this hipped roof and transforming it to a gabled roof to gain maximum floor space to the new bedroom and en suite.

We have fully upgraded the insulation and a new dormer has been added to provide our customer with a viewing area and extra space. Roof windows to be added to allow more natural light.

Extremely pleased with progress so far. We are happy our little site inspector's are keeping us all in check.😄

Recent feedback from latest extension project taken from Madeley Design and Build checkatrade account.
We are now 2 weeks away from completing our build with Luke and his team. Luke said 16 weeks and his timings couldn’t be more spot on. Luke and his team work hard from the moment they arrive. They’ve worked through some of the coldest temperatures but that hasn’t dampened their spirits or their work. We cannot wait for the works to be completed although we will miss seeing them everyday. The whole team are so polite and friendly, they work exceptionally hard and their with ethic is second to none. We can highly recommend Luke and his team.

Madeley Design and Build are delighted to share another successful project that we have undertaken and completed in the crawley area with extremely satisfied customers.
The project consisted of an extension above the existing garage which we then evolved into a new spacious large master bedroom with en-suit bathroom.
