Care and Maintenance-

Once your Furniture has been delivered it is your responsibility to maintain and care for it but I do advise the following
• Avoid Rings and Heat damage, always use coasters when settling glasses or mugs on tables. Never place hot food or plates onto wood tables always use place mats.
• Avoid Environmental Damage- Sunlight and Heat both can affect the wood by changing its co

lour and shape.
• Cleaning- Always use a damp soft or microfiber cloth. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations-

To Return Please Contact me within: 14 days of delivery or collection. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged -

Items on sale or sold at a discounted rate

This is due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. As mentioned above my products are handmade from reclaimed timber and therefore may vary in size, texture, grain, knots, pigment, pattern, weight, dimensions and colour. The stains and dimensions shown are approximates only and may vary.
