For everyone who pre-ordered rank slides, I’m pleased to confirm they arrived today. I’ll be packing them over the course of this week and aim to dispatch all orders by the end of the week.

Due to my current workload, I won’t be able to individually confirm dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived by 24th November, please get in touch and I’ll provide the tracking details.

CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT:

I’m unable to take on any additional work before 9th November.

Anyone who has already delivered, or arranged to deliver, medals has their slot confirmed. All new work will be scheduled after the Ceremonial season.

I understand this may be disappointing to some, but this is the peak period for a Medal Mounter, and I don’t want to risk failing to deliver on existing commitments.
