Even just a few cancellations each week can add up to thousands lost over the year, which is why cancellation policies are so important for small businesses like mine 🫶🏻

A reminder of my policies : £10 cancellation fee applies to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and no shows will be charged the full price of the appointment missed. I’m super understanding when things crop up but have to protect my income 🫶🏻

As you all know I try to keep my prices as affordable as possible for everyone but due to rising product costs, ongoing training, and all the boring overheads, an update is necessary to continue offering the standard of service you deserve ❤️‍🔥
