“Hello, I’m Anna – your point of contact here at Maycroft Lloyd Loom.
After spending seven years living in New Zealand, I recently returned home to the UK in search of a role that felt right – not just for me, but for my young family, too. I wanted something that balanced work with the things that matter most: people, connection, and a sense of purpose.
What began as a simple appreciation for beautifully crafted furniture has grown into a genuine passion for preserving timeless design and promoting sustainability through restoration.
I love the idea that by giving new life to existing pieces, we’re not only celebrating their history but also helping to reduce waste and supporting more mindful living.
For me, great customer service is all about connection – taking the time to understand what someone truly wants, whether that’s finding a piece that brings joy and practicality to their home or restoring a cherished heirloom to its former beauty. Building those relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
When I’m not working with customers, I’m usually enjoying life’s quieter pleasures – spending time with my family, exploring new places, or planning our next adventure.”
