Some chairs just need the right corner.

The Furninova Rondo is one of those pieces we can imagine almost anywhere.

A reading corner in the bedroom. A statement chair in the living room. Somewhere comfortable in the office. Or simply that empty space you’ve never quite known what to do with.

With its soft, curved shape and swivel base, it’s incredibly comfortable without losing any of its personality.

Sometimes, moving things around is all it takes to see them differently.

We’ve been making a few changes in the showroom, and our Pianca bedroom collection has found a new home in one of our windows.

Pieces we’ve seen countless times suddenly feel completely different when they’re given a new setting. New combinations appear, details stand out, and you start thinking about them in a whole new way.

There’s always something new to learn.

Today we had the pleasure of visiting Think SONA, where Simon and Nicola gave us a tour of their incredible showroom and introduced us to the possibilities of home automation.

Lighting, sound, technology and the way they can all work seamlessly within a space... it’s fair to say it blew our minds a little.

For us, visits like this are invaluable. The more we understand about every element of a home, the more considered the conversations we can have when working with our own clients on their projects.

And just like furniture, some things really do need to be experienced in person. The photos simply don’t do the lighting and sound justice.

A huge thank you to Simon and Nicola for taking the time to show us around and share their knowledge. We came away with plenty of ideas!

We’ve got the Tom Dixon Bell Portable lights in the showroom in a selection of colours, and we absolutely love them.
