Enchanted Furnishings provides high quality indoor and outdoor furniture, all at affordable prices. We are an online retailer, however if there are any items that you wish to view before you purchase, we have a business unit for viewings by appointment only. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and we ensure you receive a personal experience when purchasing your furniture fro

m us. If you have any questions about our products, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help! Returns Policy

Once you have signed for the item on delivery, you accept the condition of the item and Enchanted Furnishings no longer have responsibility. We are happy to refund most items within 3 days of receipt, but a collection charge will apply depending on the size of the item. Please ensure any returned goods are in the same condition and original packaging they were delivered in. Enchanted Furnishings reserve the right to consider the condition you return an item in and to make deductions from your refund in account of any damage to the item or packaging. If you would like a refund on your item, please contact a member of our team. The refund will be processed once the items have been collected and received back into our warehouse. Exclusions
We do not accept returns on any mirrored furniture if the items have gained any cracks or chips whilst in your possession and are therefore not in the condition it was when delivered. Please Read:

Please gently hand tighten handles onto mirrored drawers, do not use any tools for this as too much pressure will cause the glass to shatter. Enchanted Furnishings are not liable for any damage caused in this way. Once the furniture is in your possession it is your responsibility to adhere to health and safety regulations in your home.
