The Caravan is sited on a quieter part of the Resort with car parking space 3m from the caravan
it also has full decking and accommodates a metal patio table and four comfy reclining chairs
The Caravan is 37' x 12' and has three Bedrooms, Bed 1 has a double Bed, Bed 2 has Twin Beds, Bed 3 has Twin beds and in the lounge is a double pull out bed
Spacious lounge with 32" Flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, Music, CD, player Well equipped kitchen including cooker, microwave, sandwich maker, kettle, toaster, fridge
Gas and Electric is included in the hire charge. Opposite the kitchen there is also a seated dining area with a large round table,
You will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases & towels

A £50 cheque will be required within 3 working days to confirm and reserve your required dates , the deposit would be non-refundable if at a later date you wish to cancel your holiday dates for any reason, the remaining holiday balance would need to then be paid within 4 weeks of the holiday start date , along with an additional £50 cheque that is required to act as a refundable bond that is returned to you if the caravan is left in a clean and tidy state with no damage or loss of keys
