A Modern refinished piece

Once a dark brown, sanded back, given a paintwash to neutralise all the yellow & orange tones.

Redesigned with a contrast stain pin stripe that follows the beautiful curve of the piece.

Why the stripe? Because if your going to get a piece of furniture refinished it may as well have something a little unique brought to the table too.... 🤎

Im terrible when it comes to wearing a mask and keeping it on when I really need it!

But these masks are great, really comfortable and you can actually breathe in them (Always a Bonus)

Intentionally Designed ⭐️

This is where a commission starts

Clients brief 'I want more colour as my interiors are very neutral'

I always ask my clients to send a photo of the room the piece will be going into and any inspiration they may have for the piece.
( No point redesigning a piece that looks like it doesn't belong)

My client is quite open to the design, only thing requested was more colour.

The headboard was custom by moi so we pulled out one of the tones from the fabric.

Mixed up a custom dark lavender and that along with light wood that compliments pre existing furniture in the room and that is our starting block.

The vintage nightstands have beautiful scalloped shape detail so I will be adding bobbin trim and vintage backplates to the pre existing hardware.
