🪑 Desk job? Don’t forget to stretch!

Sitting all day can leave you feeling stiff and tired. Here are a few easy stretches you can do right at your desk:

🔹 Neck stretch – gently tilt your head side to side, and forward & back. Chin to chest and then slowly back as far as is comfortable.
🔹 Shoulder rolls – roll shoulders forward and backward
🔹 Seated twist – rotate your upper body slowly side to side
🔹 Wrist stretch – extend arms and gently flex wrists forwards and backward, then rotate one way, then the other way
🔹 Leg extension – straighten one leg and hold for a few seconds, repeat with the other leg

Take 2–3 minutes every hour to move – your body will thank you!
