The Cabinet Maker has been making custom built furniture for over 20 years in the South Essex area. A family run business we specialise in unique items of furniture each one tailored to the customers needs. All furniture, cabinets and other articles are crafted from a range of hardwoods (and MDF if requested) and either painted or stained to match existing articles or decor.

We specialise in custom built pieces, for you the individual or for your family needs. We believe that ‘custom built’ means you decide the style, size, shape , colour and the look of your new furniture.

If you are looking for a special piece of furniture or cabinetry, if you are looking for something to fit into a specific space, or if you need to match an existing piece, we can assist you.

You can choose from a wide range of solid woods and veneers. All woods and veneers are individually selected and prepared by us. We also offer a vast range of fittings.
