At Necessary Furniture, our mission is to support our local community. We offer affordable second-hand furniture at a suggested donation price.

As a self-funded,non-profit charity,we save hundreds of tonnes from landfill each year. Charity Number 1091602. Through the re-distribution of household goods, Necessary Furniture is making a positive contribution to the welfare of the disadvantaged in our community. We work in partnership with similarly motivated charitable organisations and agencies. Every year our activity saves thousands of perfectly usable furniture entering the waste stream only to become landfill.
