Here's why and when...

WHY It all started with a house move in 2016, I painted up a small shelf, got the upcycling bug and formed Up Memory Lane. Then followed being a paint stockist and expanding the business into Cambornes High Street and it was all good. The business went from strength to strength and furniture upcycling was busy. Following this success I expanded the giftware in 2018 and also introduced a fantasy giftware and clothing side.Then the business hurdles began I became seriously ill in 2019, recovering by 2020, covid arrived, locked down and worried about surviving businesswise. Launched the website and had to follow a new business model. Then the reset button came crashing down...the public changed shopping habits, suppliers became greedy, costs went up and people I thought were colleagues decided to plagiarise what I tried to implement to stay above water.
Ive lost the fight, life is too precious to live each day sad and upset. Someone asked me today if I'm sad or relieved. I'm actually at peace and can fulfill the rest of my working life to helping others with no recourse, greed or money talking

So, only 8 days left of Up Memory Lane and everything left in the shop is now open to offers starting tomorrow. So please come in and haggle
Shop will also be open Sunday from 10-3 on top of normal hours

The shop will officially be closing on the 15th May and MRH Saddler will be open fully at the front from the 16th May as Martin will be expanding the saddlery into the whole shop.
There are now further reductions with up to 70% off items.
Thankyou to all my customers for their wonderful support over the years, I'll miss you but now time for a new chapter.
