There’s always a good reason to celebrate your team. 💚

Last night, we took a little time away from work to enjoy some good food, plenty of laughs and just spend some time together.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, so it’s nice to have an excuse to switch off, have a laugh and appreciate the people you get to work alongside.

We’re lucky to have a great bunch at Defib Store, and it’s always worth making time to celebrate that.

🎉 10,000 Locations Reached 🎉

Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone.

AEDdonate has now supported 10,000 locations across the UK to become better prepared for a cardiac emergency.

From schools and sports clubs to village halls, workplaces and community groups, every location represents people choosing to make their community safer.

16 years ago, Chris Solomons went into cardiac arrest, and the cameras kept rolling. Today, thousands watch the Helicopter Heroes footage to learn just how much of a difference CPR and a defibrillator can make.

Chris is proof of what's possible when CPR and early defibrillation meet in time. Here's what the last 16 years have looked like for him: Advocating for CPR training and public defibrillator access across the UK and beyond. Sharing his story with students, first responders, and future medics, many of whom have seen the very footage of the moment his colleagues saved his life. Showing up, again and again, for interviews, talks, fundraisers, whatever it takes to save one more life.

Seven years of Debbie, and what seven years it's been.

As part of our Sales Support and Customer Service team, Debbie handles our admin work and knows our cabinets inside and out. Ask her anything about them, and she'll have the answer. She's also got a sharp eye for detail, the kind of person who catches the typo or the number that's slightly off before it becomes a problem.

Ask Debbie why she does what she does, and it comes back to something simple: knowing the work helps save lives. That's the reliability behind every order that goes out the door correctly.

According to Resuscitation Council UK's 2025 figures, around 115,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests are reported to UK ambulance services. Resuscitation is attempted in roughly 43,000 of them, and fewer than 1 in 12 people survive.

The single biggest thing that changes those odds? Bystander intervention. Immediate CPR and an AED can double or even triple the chances of survival.

A keeper is the last line of defence. When a life's on the line, that's you. 🥅
