Well hello friends. I have been a tad quiet on here lately, but have been busy with life.
My time has been enjoying the garden, it is not a big space and the soil is clay which is challenging for most plants. However, it is my happy place, it offers me surprises each day, it has taught me that perfectionism has no place in gardening, it teaches me patience and I am grateful for this space and the lessons that I have learnt
For me in this world of chaos and uncertainty finding a space that lifts your soul and your spirit is so important. I can relax, read, listen to music taking in the fragrance of the flowers and colours.
A recent trip to a charity shop where I spotted this not old but beautiful blue & white jug Garden Center visits with obviously the must needed coffee and cake .
We all at times need to be in our own bubble, to quieten the inner and outer noise, to detach from
the bigger world and breathe.
Not sure if anyone else is feeling this way ? If you are I hope you also have your own space to enjoy
