We are looking for a highly organised Installation Manager to head up our on-site operations.

What you’ll be doing:

✅ Leading our installation teams
✅ Managing projects from initial site surveys to final client handover
✅ Getting hands-on when needed and ensuring our high standards are met
✅ Building our network of trusted independent fitters
✅ Oversee the aftercare process at YEO

Location: Based at our workshop, Hybrid working considered, time spent on the road and on LIVE sites.

We are recruiting 📢

We are looking for an experienced Cabinetry Finishing Shop Manager to take the reins in our finishing shop.

You’ll be a seasoned furniture finisher with proper hands-on knowledge across the spectrum. From high-gloss spraying, lacquers and polishing through to inks, stains, oils and everything in between.

This role oversees finishing across all projects. You’ll organise, lead and deliver multiple jobs at once, while shaping the future of the department as part of YEO’s senior management team.

We’re after someone with solid industry experience, ideally in a leadership role, or someone ready to step up and make a finishing shop their own.

As well as the general YEO must-haves:

→ Have passion for the craft
→ Be an all round good human.

RICHMOND GREEN

A collaboration, years in the making. Working with L+ Architects we added a classic touch to this Grade II listed property in one of Richmond’s finest streets.

Needed a gentle hand on this one, given the property’s heritage, but we didn’t skimp on the details. A free-standing kitchen with American walnut cabinetry, reeded panel fronts, custom YEO handles, curved glass doors on the island, and a Caesarstone UK & IE Carrera marble worktop that reveals a custom champagne sink.

New work with L Plus Architects. A great project to be involved in!

Incorporating bespoke joinery into a home can create captivating focal points, that add aesthetic value and provide functional returns. We loved working with on this bespoke kitchen that also serves as a conservation piece and incorporated stunning and sustainable lighting into the final design.

A custom kitchen in an incredible location in South Devon.
Epitomising that brief that we so often get, ‘Traditional but with a modern twist’.
Traditional at it’s core, but with a super modern floating veneered section, housing the ovens and sat within a crtitall wall.
Sprayed elements, dyed veneers and brass detailing.
2 x taps, and all taps and sink fittings custom finished by for continuity of finishes.

Our workshop is based just outside of Bude in Cornwall, overlooking the beautiful Cornish countryside, it’s where the magic happens and we need some more wood ninjas to help us make stuff.

The twisted staircase and kitchen.
A very special project, an extremely challenging one but that’s how we like it.
We love a bit of raw hot rolled steel, it’s creates a logistical nightmare due to the sheer weight of the stuff, but totally worth it when you get a finished product like this.
A proper team effort, we worked in collaboration with contractors and architects to bring the project together.
Plus, it always helps when you have amazing forward thinking clients who want to do something different, this is one amazing family home.
